Of irregular form, well carved in deep relief with figures in a boat riding along a flowing river beneath tree-lined crags, with a poem in reference to "The Ode to the Red Cliff" inscribed on rockwork above the scene, the reverse carved with a pavilion set within a mountainous landscape, the stone of an even celadon tone suffused with areas of opaque russet inclusions.
